We're talking about the actual cob right? Not the corn?
Just trying to understand for my own purposes as I've given my dog corn kernels before and want to know if it's hazardous for him. I'd google but I'm sure the Interwebz would tell me my dog is going to up and die any second now (and lordy knows I don't need that today
).
OP, hope your pup is okay!

Chances are though, that if it was relatively small, and he sort of chewed it, and then stomach acid broke it down further, that it will eventually pass and hopefully cause no further problems. Keep an eye on him, as others have said, and if he starts to seem like he's in distress, check his belly and if it's swollen or tender, likely in a few days, then it might be time to take him in.
