Does your spouse / SO understand DVC?

I am the family planner and the detail person. DH is the big picture guy. So he can grasp the concept to make the purchases and in fact feels that DVC was the best investment that we have made. But he isn't into the points -banking, borrowing etc.. I just let him know when and when.

Dh definitely knows DVC, we are both advid Disney fans. We both get so excited about our trips. I am the planner and make all the ressies and stuff. Dh's job is airfare. He follows the rates and does the booking.

With our upcoming trip, dd (6) says to me, Mommy can you wait for Disney, she is so excited. I just say in a very calm voice. Yes I can wait, it will be here real soon. At night after the kids go to bed, dh and I are coming out of our skin talking about how hard it is to wait and how excited we are. But, we put up the front for the kids

Our DVC member book is a coffee table book in our house.
