Does your kitchen window(s) face...

the back, side, or front of your house? or perhaps it's sort of in the middle, my parents had a kitchen like that.

Our kitchen faces the front, but ideally I wish it looked out to the back garden.

Front, which would be facing south -east. So I can see the sunrise from it, which is pretty cool.

Mine looks out over the back yard. I was cracking up watching a couple of squirrels out there yesterday evening. They and the birds are my evening entertainment! (I'm easily amused.)

I have one kitchen window with a view of my neighbors wall. I live in a first-floor rowhouse apartment - it's actually quite spacious, just not much in terms of natural light or airflow.

Mine faces the side with a gorgeous view (not!) of the street and a neighbor's driveway. I remedied that by making Victorian syle stained glass windows done in my kitchen colors.....all bright vibrant jewel tones. (I think they're beautiful. )

Mine faces the backyard which is great because I can make dinner and keep an eye on the kids at the same time.

Back. I like it, because my birdfeeders are out there and I can see the birds when I'm doing icky chores like washing dishes.

I have 2 actually about the sink and it is a corner so one faces the driveway towards the neighbors backyard and the other one faces my backyard. My other house had the corner window too but faced the front yard and drive. I prefer it to face the front actually

Mine faces the back yard. But b/c I am short, I have to be on my tippy toes to see!
I hope to fix that someday. I have a nice back yard I could be looking at.

I have a great view of the neighbors fence. My biggest complaint about this house is the kitchen.

I have a nice bay that faces the front, which is north. It's really nice. My old house had the kitchen in the middle with no window, I hated it. I love seeing out the front. The table is in the bay, so I have great views of the mountains out one side and the sunrise out the other side. The kitchen is my favorite room in my house.

Ours has 2 windows; one faces front with a view of the underside of the huge pine tree in the front yard, and the other faces the side with a good view of the living room window of our next door neighbor's house...

Technically, I don't have a kitchen window. But the kitchen is completely open to the family room and I can see out those windows and they face the backyard. I LOVE my kitchen though, so I'm not missing the window!
