Honestly, our school does nothing like this. Maybe tell us we cannot drink at the graduation dinner-party thing, but after.... well, by grad at least half of us are 18 (legal age up here in Canada-land) so that may be it. I cannot recall there ever being a problem with drinking and driving at or after grad at our school, even if kids can legaly drink.

That'd be Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec land.
Legal age everywhere else is 19.
