Does your fireplace

We have a blower and the dang thing is so loud you can't have a conversation with it going We've lived in this house for 15yrs and never used it after the first time. Unfortunately, they put the vents into the fireplace rock so we can't remove them without leaving three gaping holes. I have our wedding pictures in front of the vents now.

We have one on our fireplace and it was loud until I read the instruction book and found you could turn down the 'force', which was at full blast. I turned it down and now you can't hear it at all and it still warms the room just fine.

We have a gas fireplace and it has a blower. Has not been on much this winter.

I voted no. Our fireplace has an insert that has a blower, if you want to use it.

Usually we build a fire for looks instead of heat. I love to watch the fire.

We have a blower on our wood burning fireplace and like other posters have said it's loud. We only use it if it's very cold, which this year has been once lol. I usually just have a fire without using it.
