It just started to get in the 60's at night and in the morning, but I can feel fall in the air and I cooked my first pot of veggie soup.

Summer is more hot dogs and bugers, light salads etc. Winter is more soups, stews, chili etc.

yes and that is the ONLY reason i like the fall/winter.

Only tomatoes and sweet corn :)

Definitely...I eat more vegetables in the summer and more pasta in the winter.

Absolutely!

The cooler months mean chili, soups, and more spaghetti.....:D Yum!

I cook more comfort foods in the winter...like soups that take all day to simmer.

I grill all year and there is nothng better than a juicy grilled burger in january.

I made red beans and rice yesterday and pot roast earlier in the week. I love slow-cooked soups, but I can't stand making them when it's hot. It makes the AC run continuously all afternoon if I make them in the summer.

Lots of salads in the summer.....lots of soups in the winter.

It was 35º here this morning!! :( I am NOT ready!!

Oh yes definately! Can't wait to make a New England Boiled Dinner, Pot Roast, Baked Beans, and Turkey Pot Pies. I'm hungry just thinking about it!!

I like fruit salads and pasta salads in hot weather...soups and casseroles in cold weather.

I eat a lot more soup in the summer time than the winter time, and I eat more ice cream in the winter time than the summer time. Yep, I said that right-I'm backwards.
