Does Vero have mugs?

Yes , they do. (Both the refillable kind and the plain ol' souvenir kind). IIRC, refills were free.

We were just there last week. The mugs are $10.95 and refills are free. You can refill at Shutters (the sit down restaurant), Bleachers (the snack bar by the pool), and during peak pool hours they opened a stand near Eb & Flos's just for refilling mugs.
