Does UT not sell APs?

Hmmm...that looks to be the Park Hopper 6 day, no expiration. It saves $32, and the next one up which saves $34 is actually a couple dollars above the AP price. Thanks for your help!
The 6 day PH with WPF&M, no expiration will save the most, assuming you enter a park once before the upgrade and do not use it for a water park or more. $65 savings, $66 with Mousesavers link.

:flower3:Thank you!!! I thought the retail value (Disney price) had to be less than the AP price....so anything over 634 ish couldn't be used?

That's true.

$634 is the actual AP price at the WDW gate, (plus $41.21 in tax.)

I will. I've put it off for a while because I was afraid I'd want it too much. :) I have even considered going to their sales pitch. I don't want to if it's high pressure though. Since you did sign a contract, do you like it? Did you ever rent points before that? I imagine there is a fair difference in price renting vs owning. I mean, if you know you go to Disney often it must work out cheaper to own or no one would do it, I guess.
They are very low pressure at their sales locations. I actually sat through a group presentation on a cruise years ago. I didn't buy at the time. I just wanted more information and this was a way to get it without being one-on-one with a sales rep.

My brother owned DVC first and I stayed with him a couple of times. He also made reservations for me using his points. I highly recommend staying in the DVC resort you wish to buy into a couple of times before you purchase. Each one has its positives and its drawbacks. It can help you decide if you want to own at that particular resort.

After getting familiar with the way that things work at DVC, I started following the resale companies until I found a contract that I wanted (number of points, resort and use year). It took a while and I lost out on a couple because I didn't pull the trigger fast enough.

But again, head over to the DVC boards and read there. There's a pretty helpful group of regulars who post and they will answer your questions there.
