Does Universal Studios/IOA have Fuel Rods?

Anyone know if they have the Fuel Rods for exchange throughout the parks like Disney does?

Don't recall seeing or hearing anything about them when I was last there in October.
My guess is they don't or we would have seen threads about it.

I bring my power juicer for when my iphone needs a recharge.
Works well for me and smaller than my phone.
