does Universal provide transport from airport?

I thought I read that Universal has something similar to Disney's Magical Express for those staying onsite, but now I'm hearing diff. Do they, and is it free? Do I have to book a pkg or particular airline to use it...or can I order airline tickets separately? Also, will it get us there soon after landing or may there be delays? (I've heard complaints about ME, and we're only staying for a wknd and would rather not have to sit around the airport for too long.) Anyway, Thank You so much! I've never been to Universal, so this is all new to me!
