Does Universal have a gator problem like Disney

Disney does not have a gator problem. It has a "stupid people" problem with idiots who don't know how to take responsibility for themselves and their children.

And, yes have seen gators, snakes, snapping turtles, etc. at Universal in quieter ends of water ways and on land.

If anything with the recent tragedy at WDW, people will become more educated as to the wildlife in central Florida.

Last trip (May) we were in holding pattern at RPH due to construction issues @ Sapphire. The boat captain was trying her best to keep the guests occupied with different interesting facts re the parks.

One thing she mentioned was fact that the water in the canal is chemically treated to avoid algae from forming and to present a pleasant hue. Someone asked if the chemicals also kept varmits out. She just laughed in reply.

There is one alligator at Univerersal Studios, but it only comes out during Mardi Gras.
