Does Typhoon always close in Nov.?

I noticed that last year in Nov. Typhoon Lagoon was closed for rehab. Do they change months each year, or is it always closed in Nov? Thanks for any info.

i would venture to guess that it is always closed in november. i know it was in 2001. i'm not 100% sure on that though.

Thanks! This is disappointing. We were hoping to go to both water parks during our November trip with our UPH passes. Hopefully the low crowds and nice weather will make up for our dissapointment!

Yes they do go down to just one water park for November through February. Typically TL is rehabbed (is that a word?) first in Nov and Dec, then they re-open that and close BB for Jan and Feb.

Obviously they do have to do rehab work on the parks, but I guess also they feel there are only enough guests to warrant one park being open during off season. Plus with the weather not guaranteed to be hot, it'll drop attendance too.
