Does TiW card work for Candlelight Processional?

We are considering upgrading one of our passes on our upcoming trip to an AP and buying the TiW card. We're right on the bubble now of whether it would save us money or not, but a big question would be, does it still take the discount off packaged meals, like the candlelight processional or the fantasmic package?

According to the CM I talked to when I booked the CP, the answer to this question is no.

I figured it might be. That just made our decision much easier: not worth the hassle this trip! Maybe next time, when we stay a little longer and eat a few more TS meals...
