Does Tinkerbell still fly during fireworks?

Is there a chance that a child who has known Tinkerbelle as female character would see this performer and perceive it to be a male?

Keep in mind if you haven't been in years, she flies at the end now instead of the beginning. I'm not a fan of the whole projection the castle thing so in the past I would just go, see Tink fly and leave. Now you have to stay for the entire show if you want to see her.

So yes Tinker Bell did fly on the night we went this week! (Sunday) I was amazed at the number of people who were packed down Main Street to watch the show. I can’t imagine what kind of viewpoint that would be. We just walked straight down the sidewalk on Main Street to the Tomorrowland bridge and found our spot under the wire where we always sit. It wasn’t crowded and we could see 3/4 of the castle. I enjoyed the projections and the fireworks. Thanks everyone!

Thank you so much for this information! I did not know that the timing changed! I know right where the wire is, so we will be staked out to get a good view if it isn’t rainy or windy.
