Does this schedule seem reasonable for July?

Traveling group of 6, 3 adults, one 15yo (DNC), a 6yo (DNph) and my 4yo (autistic) DGS. We have 6-day PH/WMF tickets for an 8 day stay (leaving Orlando @ 7:45pm)

Arrive at 2:00pm at Orlando Airport on Wed., July 1, taking ME to AoA. I figure we arrive at AoA at about 3:30 or 4pm. Would you go to a WP for a couple of hours or just chill at pool and go to DQ at night?

Thur., July 2: Ohana Breakfast at Poly, then to MK for the day. Going back to AoA at about 3:30 (after parade) chill at pool or take nap. Go to EPCOT after 7pm
Fri., July 3: H&V Breakfast, stay HS for the day. Go back to AoA for a nap, go back to HS for Fantasmic. Head over to MK to see fireworks.
Sat., July 4: TL all day. EPCOT for fireworks.
Sun., July 5: AK day DQ at night
Mon., July 6: BB all day DTD for dinner and DQ after.
Tue., July 7: MK all day and return at night
Wed., July 8: MK

MK would be our main park for the boys. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Just my opinion. No way on the July 3rd plan. I don't believe you will be able to make Fantasmic and the MK fireworks.

This is the kind of opinion I'm looking for. I want to see what I'm not right about. I'd pick the MK fireworks instead then. Thanks for the feedback. Anyone else?

Have you traveled with the autistic child before? Will this be the 1st trip that the 6 year old and 4 year old have no stroller? Will they be joining you for all events, or just some? Your plans look really busy and possibly overscheduled for Florida heat for little kids (especially the youngest)...but there are some little kids who would thrive on that schedule...

I agree. I would skip Fantasmic. I believe the 3rd fireworks are the same as the 4th and if they are, they are spectacular. (we have watched them from the Poly beach.)

I would check history on park access for EPCOT for the 4th to ensure what time you should arrive so that you can get in for Illuminations. I don't know if they face closures that day, but it would be good to have a strategy in place based on past experience of others.

We did travel with my autistic DGS last year, we actually had 2 visits because we did a split between WDW and USO and he LOVED it. We did have a stroller for him then and we will have one this time as well. It will however, be the first time for the 6 yo and we will be prepared to slow down if we see he requires it. That's why I have MK so many times. I don't really impose the schedules as a given, just a guide. Just wanted some impartial opinions to see if I could do better. Thanks for your reply.

The Poly beach is my back-up plan! Thanks for the advice.

Instead of breakfast on Thursday I would plan a nice sit down lunch in air conditioning. It would allow you to enjoy the park at rope drop before it gets really crowded and really really hot.
