Our first day is Tuesday, June 19th. We will be using our Magic Morning that morning. Here's my plan so far for our day up until our break:

Peter Pan
Dumbo
ds and I ride Matterhorn/dh and dd ride Alice
dd and I ride carousel/dh and ds ride Matterhorn
Alice
Mr.Toad
Pinocchio
Snow White
*get Splash FP
Storybook Land Canal Boats
POTC
Haunted Mansion
Winnie the Pooh
*get Indy FP
PFF
Pixie Hollow
Castle walk thru
*try to get Minnie's breakfast ADR for 10:30ish

head to DCA after Minnies

Monsters Inc
Muppetvision
Animation Academy
TT w/Crush

Break at hotel room

use Fps after break

Fireworks and MMandYou show

How does this first day plan sound? Be brutally honest please! If I put too much into this day we still have two and a half more days to fit it in.

Sounds pretty good, but if you don't get to PFF at 9, you might be looking at a pretty long wait. Then by the time you get done with PFF, Pixie Hollow might also have a lengthy line. I'd cut out Winnie-the-Pooh and one of either HM/PotC to make sure that you got to one of the meet-n-greets early.

Shouldn't be too bad because Winnie-the-Pooh and HM/PotC don't really have incredibly long lines later in the day and they're a lot easier to squeeze in the afternoons/evenings.

I think it will be tough to ride Matterhorn twice while the other do one other ride.
Though with rider switch the second pass should work ok.

I think you can get FPs better. Get one at 8am, not Spalsh since it's far away but probably one in TL. Then a second at about 9am. Then a third, maybe Indy, after breakfast before going to DCA.

Once in DCA get a FP for anything with a reasonable return. Maybe GRR to get wet before leaving or ToT.

As of right now we will have Magic Morning at DL and two other park openings there (Wednesday and Friday). We can probably do the second round of the Matterhorn on a different day. I really wish my more than tall enough dd would decide she wants to ride the Matterhorn and Splash Mountain! Here are the rides that we want to ride that have FP: Indy, Splash, Buzz, Autopia, Roger Rabbit, and Star Tours. Which one should we get at 8:00, which one at 9:00, and then which one right before we leave after breakfast? Maybe we won't do PFF and Pixie Hollow on the same day. Which would you suggest we cut out (WTP, HM, or POTC). POTC is my husband's favorite ride, so I know he'll want to ride it more than once. I figure that I will be the FP runner when 8:00 comes around and I'll do that while dh takes the kids on the Storybook boats.

Get Star Tours at 8, Splash you can get at 9 and then you'll be able to get your next one around 10...I'd go for Indy. Also, out of those 3, I'd cut out Winnie-the-Pooh. Always has a short line, so no point in doing it in the early morning...plus it's out of the way.
