I just got an email with my online activation code but I still do not have my new member packet! Can I call member services and get the member ID?? I really think
DVC knows I am not a patient person and just want to test my patience!
Do what I did, and call Member Services, hit option 3 for Accounting and then option 4.
Just let them know that you just bought DVC. It helps that you have your contract number that you purchased.
However, they were able to pull my info up just based on my last name. (The contract I purchased was reassigned a new contract number, so searching the contract number that I bought still brought up the sellers info).

5/22/2013 Contract Received, Signed, Faxed Back
5/24/2013 Sent to Disney for ROFR
6/17/2013. Received Email from Sharon - Passed ROFR
6/20/2013 Received Email from Contracts Department Agent - Passed ROFR.
6/27/2013 Received Closing Docs via Email
6/27/2013 Overnight-ed signed Closing Docs with Funds.
6/28/2013 Closing Company received closing docs.
7/2/2013 Contract Closed.
7/8/2013 Deed recorded on Orange County Comptroller Website
7/15/2013 Call to DVC Member Accounting - received Member # and booked first stay!!
