Does this make me a VMK addict?

I rushed out of my house today heading to wal mart to pick up 2 disney movies for daughter and the codes for me. Then i had plans to drive to barnes and nobles to get air buddies since they were the only store in town with it in stock. I would not have a problem with this normally but here is the kicker.

I popped in my PoC2 soundtrack that came with the movie and as i was driving down the road, I found myself looking through the trees for the Port Royal Teams flag and pointing my finger at other cars and yelling " Fire a shot across their bow"

Boy do I have it bad or what?

I would say so. To cure this is a simple answer: stop playing vmk for a while. i did and im not that addicted to it anymore.I used to be just like you don't feel bad.My teacher asked us to make an island of your own so i did it disney themed and i put in all the areas of vmk including frontierland main street tommorrow land and other places and disney themed things. I think thats worse than wat you did.

let's see we have :

rearranged family affairs so we do not miss vmk events

brought the laptop with us for the first time ever to WDW so as to not miss anyhting important in VMK

Go to dinner with smalld and his mummy and me slinky and husband and talk VMK all throughtout dinner with husband shaking head and saying isn't there anything else happening in the world and we all say at once NO!

Have a hot line with laurabearz- if either of us are not avaiable we message other by phone of VNK happeneings and or new items. We even send pictures by phone of new items.

brought laptop with us every trip to hospital so we can play VMK

Been told by boys that if the visiting nurse was coming to school after VMK opening on a monday (to draw blood) to check what is new before meeting her so I could let them know what is new when slink came to nurses office

Pick boys up from school and first words out of mouth is not hi mom but what is new in VMK

Husband is always coming into my computer room saying can't you do something more constuctive then VMk- uh like what? nothing is better then VMK

Fly 1500 miles to meet a VMK "friend" for the first time and to do the park quests for yourself and the kids. mind you we flew out in the morning, went to Magic Kingdom for day and flew home last flight of the day-I have NEVER done anything that crazy by the way I loved it ( and her)!!

stay up to 1 am every night so I can chat with friends

Enjoy my VMK friends much more then my real life friends

Turn to my VMK friends for support in tough times and let me tell you they are ALWAYS there in full force with a shoulder to cry on and many words of encougagement.

yes Grumpy I am a VMK addict as well as Slinkyman and Proud to admit it- now when is that next event hmm 30 minutes enough time to load dishwasher and throw in load of laundry ....nah reading the Dis is more fun

Don't you mean areas of the Magic Kingdom? Don't forget it was themed off of the Magic Kingdom hence Virtual Magic Kingdom, or Disneyland if you prefer.

Oh Bug!! I've been feeling guilty of wanting to use my Delta Dollars to go to DLR and meet Mousepatrol (Judimouse) and whoever will have me out there! I wouldn't dream of coming home the same day, lol, but lodging cost is a big deterrant..
I must show my hubby your list. I'm sure it will comfort him to know I'm not the worst.

Yes Will I thought of you as I wrote judimouse, but was not positive on your location and judi is the only one I'd discussed the possibility with in the past because she is so sweet I'd love to meet her. Since her move she's been nearly non-existant though.

How fun would that be? Do I dare invite my 13 yo? I doubt I could get two tickets for $400 on Delta though, and since we go to WDW in Jan ... ah, decisions decisions! Supposed to buy the ticket by the end of Jan though.

ok... so i got home from WDW today and was on VMk within two hours of being home. The greatest disappointment of my trip was that VMk central computer crashed before i could get all my messages sent and new character created. I think we all have serious addictions.... Also.... i can " ditto " t hose whose spouses haven't an inkling of what vmk talk is. I would love to have a vmk dis meet some day.
