Does this leaked advance copy of Disney Files show the next DVC?

I got hold of an advance copy of the Winter 2015 edition of Disney Files Magazine.

I wondered what the cover meant. Is it referring to the new Star Wars land or is there some DVC news behind it?

After seeing the bed in the studio, I was looking at the calendar to see if it was April 1st. They were actual photos and not artist renderings.

I just heard from a Disney bus driver that DVC will be using some ideas from DCL since they are both run by the same Disney unit. Future rooms will not have windows. Disney is tired of guests complaining about the views and having different point categories. The window wall will have images available for the guest to select. This will allow DVD to build units like inside cabins on DCL.
