Does this forum make you want to get to DL even more?

It does for me. I find all the enthusiasm feeding my own fanaticism and it makes me think of and want to go to DLR even more than I already go, which is alot!

Nobody else in my life is quite as crazy and obsessed with all kinds of DL details so this is a great place to have discussions that otherwise would be looked by many as... OK, enough! Not here, we go on and on...

I'm always seeing and learning new things and sharing information as well. Even though we've all seen everything a billion times sometimes a conversation about it makes you want to get over there as soon as possible. I think of our recent talk about the whole A Bug's Life area and show at CA, even though I've been countless times I wanna go now!!

What is it for you that gives you the Disney fix here on this board and also makes you want to get to the parks even more, if that is even possible??.

Short answer: yes!

I find myself checking the boards several times a day as a "break"

It doesn't help that my office is 15 minutes from the parks and I have a premium annual pass and could go there at any minute . . . . especially on gorgeous days like today when I think . . . I could be on the Mark Twain right now . . or riding POTC.

Sigh. Absence makes the heart grow fonder - right?

Oh yeah. I still have a month and a half before our trip, and reading this board makes it even harder to have to wait My husband has told me to quit reading the boards so much because it's giving me anxiety (which is true but what if I miss something I really needed to know )

that I won't be going back to DL until 2009. Took the kids in 2006 and 2007 but we decided on trying something else for our family vacation this year. We made a plan to visit DL every other year now so 2009 it is.

This will give me time to save up. We like to stay on-site so I'll need to save for that.

I know what you mean. I'm so excited, I'll be going in April. The pic of the day really gets me going lol. Its snowing right now where I live and so its nice to think HAPPY warm thoughts. Whats happier than the happiest place on earth right?

I have to wait until May, but its not that far off right??? I started to make my dd's customs to wear for our trip. and she watches our dvd's daily. SHe doesn't even know we are going! We have the DL parks music cd (two actually) one for house and car. hahaha

SO my outlet for excitment is this place! and then reading makes me want to go NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

Yes yes yes, totally. I have to avoid the WDW parts of the board because that makes the longing too great. It's just a DL year for us since it's not that far away.

Yes! I also am only becoming more fanatical with every post I put on this board... LOL!!! I love learning about Disney and everything related. It just makes me want to go more and more.

Reading the Haunted Mansion post that was up about a week ago made me want to watch the movie... then I did that and now I realllllllly want to go on the ride... I even had dreams about it... LOL!

Yes it does and after the trip I will avoid them until I have a date for the next time.
I am at work now checking in ..........will again a little later.......then when I get home and if I am lucky one more time before bed!
Dh still asks what I am doing on the computer.........silly man!

Absolutely YES!

I find it too hard to hang out on the Disney Cruise boards, or the WDW boards when I don't have a trip in the works. Those boards make me want to go so badly! I have more of a chance of getting to Disneyland since it is only half a days drive from here so I frequent these boards the most.

Yes it does!! So much so that I just talked my DH into another trip before our APs expire. So now we're looking at going for a long weekend at the end of August! We'd be going a lot more this year, but already have two other trips planned for March (Cancun) and June (Boston).

I have been itching to go but with work, some family issues and a new tattoo that is making me wonder if its too ridiculous to rent an ECV for the day just so I can go

I hope next week will finally be the week, its been over a month since I have been which is FOREVER!!!

YES it does make me want to go, enough so that I changed my spring travel plans to fit it in. I LOVE this board.
