Kind of, its a roller coaster wrapped around a mountain but thats where it stops. And instead of mountain climbers there is is a Yeti trying to kill you, mostly.

But my wife's cousin's hair dresser swore it reached down and almost took his head off clean off just last week.

No, it hasn't worked since not too long after it opened in April '06. We were there for SWW in may that year and we had a pre rope drop adr for donald's breakfast which was at restaurantosaurus back then. We ran straight to EE at rope drop and rode, and the yeti was working! It was so scary! By the time our fp time was up the yeti wasn't working that day. We rode a third time standby and it was still down :-( Apparently it worked off and on in the very beginning and that's it.

No the Yeti mostly just hangs out these days. He's the kinder gentler Yeti now.

Yes I was kind of making a joke that when ever these threads pop up there is usually always someone who swears they saw full movement last week.

On one thread I started a Yeti Movement Calendar to keep track. Its seems like Thursdays were the best days to see him move.
