Does the Sanrio store have a direct number?

I tried the number on google but that's just another Universal number. I tried calling the hotel I am staying at to see if they could connect me and she was incredibly rude. She kept insisting that there wasn't a Sanrio store on City Walk, they are in the parks? HUH? and she kept getting more and more frustrated with me because I had to call back because I was hung up on. She was yelling WE CAN'T JUST BLINDLY TRANSFER PEOPLE and kept asking if I work for hotel security.

I have proudly worked in customer service/retail for almost 10 years and that is NOT how you talk to customers or clients. Sorry, it just angers me as I think some people are in the wrong profession?

So I just have a question, is there anyway to speak to someone directly?

The only Hello Kitty/Sanrio store I'm aware of IS in the parks... I don't recall there being a store in City Walk. Are you talking about Orlando or Hollywood? I think Hollywood has a large Sanrio section in the Universal store.

The Sanrio store is inside Universal near the entrance and near the Bourne Stunt Show and Minions.

I think that you were both right. The main Sanrio store is in US, but there is a new store: Studio Souvenirs at Citywalk that features a lot of Hello Kitty gear. Maybe you were thinking about that?
