Does the online booking system ever work?

Geez! I've tried for three days, four different computers, four different browsers, all different times of day. And all I can get is the dreaded E-error message! It will not accept my room reservation for anything!

You would think a multi billion dollar corporation like Disney could provide a simple thing like an online booking system for dining. And why is it that their online room/package reservation system never has a problem?

And what does that error message mean anyway? Does it mean the system is down? Does it mean I typed something incorrectly? Does it mean I'm stupid? Does it mean go away, you're bothering right now and I have better things to do with my time?

I simply do not get it! :confused3 :confused3 :confused3
 
It is iffy at best....I have had luck 1 out of 10 tries...I feel your pain.The system needs to be fixed.

Your lucky.At my 90 day mark I got up at 3 am and fought with the "E" code for over an hour than got in only yo get kicked back out....Not putting in your ressie ONLY works if you are well within your 90 day mark .Otherwise you need the number to unlock the +10
 

Oh I see now! I didn't know that. My booking window is going to be opening up soon for my April vacation so we will soon what happens then.
 
I'm with the frustrated tried everything crowd, and nothing works!

I can only hope when the 90 day mark opens up for us, I will be able to get something to work!! :worship: Please Disney IT department!! :worship:
 
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. We're going at the end of the month and I have not had any of the problems that anyone else has experienced with the online system.

On my 90 day date, I logged in (late - I didn't set my clock) and had no trouble logging on, retrieving my reservation, and getting ADRs for all 8 days within reasonable times that I wanted to dine. I have even made changes since then with none of the issues others are having.

Sometimes people will post on here when they can't access certain things, and I log in and don't run into the same problems.

I guess I've been one of the lucky ones. I love the online ADR system - sure beat having to hold on the phone forever!:thumbsup2
