Does the middle dining plan include the refillable mugs?

When I booked, the only counter meal plan said that it included the mugs but the one counter/one table/ one snack did not. I asked a CM with their online chat thing and they insisted that they all included it. I looked again and now I can't find anything either way. Anyone know for sure? Thanks

Unless they changed since last year, the regular dining plan does not include a mug.

I think the confusing thing is 1 of the brochures said the regular DP had the same as QS DP +... & the QS includes the refillable mug. I plan to try to get it with our regular DP next week. All they can say is no, I'll point out that statement in the brochure if it's in the 1 they hand me at check-in.

We were just there with the regular dining plan, and the mug was not included. I wish it was!

I was just told by a CM that the Quick Service and the Deluxe plans do include the mug, but that the Basic (middle) plan did not. We kind of laughed the the cheap plan and the expensive plans got it, but "basic" plan did not. Nobody ever said the Disney number crunchers were stupid. ;-) LOL
