does the meal plan only for staying disney hotel???

can i still buy the meal plan? where to buy cheaper?

unless you have booked your hotel through Disney, you can't pay for any meal plan to be added to your hotel (this can only be added to an existing Disney booking, its not a separate item you can pay for on its own).

you don't have to have a meal plan paid for, to eat at any of the Disney resort restaurants at DLP. you can have a look on DLRPMagic for example, for their menu lists (we have some too on our restaurant review threads ) and then you can reserve a table at almost any restaurant you like, for no extra charge. You can either call the Disney dining reservation line in France, or you can wait until you arrive at DLP and make your reservations at City Hall in the main park.
Then you just pay your bill at the restaurant when you eat there.
