Does the hotel send itemized bill?

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the BC on April 16th. I have yet to received a breakdown of all charges for our trip. I am aware you can look at the ongoing charges on MDE, but after you check out, it disappears. Also, the charges for the kiosks seem to get lumped under "Walt Disney World," so the charge might be $140 with no indication as to what that is. I don't think there was any overcharging, I would just like to know if this is the way it's done. Thanks.

We got an email with an attachment at 2:00 am on the day we departed. There was one small coffee charge later and that just came through as a separate charge to our credit card. We stayed as DVC members at Copper Creek.
 
Usually the receipt is emailed. The one time I didn't get an email I went online when we were back home and for some reason my card had been rejected. So I called the number, gave the same card, paid my bill and asked her when they were going to let me know the bill hadn't been paid. She didn't have an answer.
