We have 5 staying at Beach Club. The day we check-in ... our two 17 year olds will not be with us until very late that night or even the next morning. Will this be a problem checking in??

Thanks

Nope.

Only one person needs to check-in in my experience. I checked in at BC this Feb, 6 days before hubby arrived (change of plans at the last minute). I have always gone alone to check-in even when everyone else is there. One time my flight was delayed and my dad was still able to check us all in, even though I was the primary person on the reservation. You should not have any trouble with check-in.

No problem, in all of my trips, I was the only one checking in- while DH and kids walk around the resort. They have no idea who is there or do they care.

The only time I can remember that all had to be present was during periods of free dining. And that may only have been at the values or moderate resorts. Apparently, some people were adding "phantom" people to their reservations to get additional free dining credits.
