I am curious about this too. I've been lucky to see her many times, but it was always by chance. I'd like to know if there's a set schedule because I really want to take my mom to see her in October.

We have never seen her - sounds fascinating. What does she do?

She makes any animal you can conjure up out of rice candy. It is like a detailed 3-dimensional sucker. They are painted and very very cool. She likes to pick the children in the crowd first.
By the way...get this...they are FREE!

I love watching her! She is truly wonderful.

Extra tip: all of the entertainment for the day (I guess it's really listed by week) is on a printed schedule sheet available at various locations in Epcot. You have to seek it out, but it's around--it lists when everyone is doing everything around the world. If you time it right, you can catch nearly all the live performers around the World Showcase. We did this--unplanned!--one day and it was great fun.

And the other parks have similar printed sheets available with all the performance schedules listed. Very convenient.

We really enjoyed watching her work on our last trip!!! The humming birds are so beautiful!!! I could never take a blob of candy and do anything with it other than maybe get it stuck to every part of me!!! We caught the last 2 animals that she made the first time so we made sure to go back later! DH had her make me a kitty!
