Does the 160 points at AKL incentive apply to add-ons?

We were going to add on 100, but I just read the other thread about the 160 and think that would be a beter option for us.

I thought the 100/200 incentive only worked with those increment of points (800/1600 flex card) but were really want 150 points. So if I can get the $8 flex points on 160 rather than 100 it would be better for us. And I would rather 160 developer points than 100. Did I make sense?
