Does Teppan Edo have lobster sauce??

My brother and sister in law went to Teppan Edo a year ago, and they were SO disappointed that there was no lobster sauce. I am a HUGE lobster sauce fan with my rice, and would be disappointed also... does anyone know if they do or do NOT have it??

Lobster sauce isn't Japanese, so you won't see it at Teppan Edo.

They definitely did not have it a month age when we ate there. As PP noted, it is not a Japanese dish. I don't recall it being on the menu at the restaurant in China either.

Teppan Edo was awesome! One of the best meals of our trip. We are definitely planning to eat there again.

No Lobster sauce on the menu - this is a Chinese dish not a Japanese one
