Does TA Input DCL Transfers Information?

I just paid final payment for my DCL cruise. I am paying for DCL transfers. I will be staying on Disney property pre cruise. Who relays this information to DCL transfers? TA? Do I do it on DCL website? Any info appreciated!!!

Our TA originally booked a Pop Century/MCO transfer. I just emailed her to change MCO to OKW, once we booked our post-cruise resort. It was changed by the next day. That reminds me, we extended our stay another 3 days and decided on a car rental, so now I have to let her know to change it back.
