After leaving TWO messages over the past week with the SOG ticket office, they have YET to return my call!!!! GRRRRRR......

I figured at this point, I would get my question answered quicker here!!

I understand that if you purchase an AP online from Disney, you receive a voucher in the mail that must be activated at one of the parks or guest relations windows. We are planning on buying our APs at the SOG ticket office. Does anyone know if they sell activated ones, or will we still have to get them activated at a park?

Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal to just activate them when we go to the first park, but we are also buying the DDE card, so we need an active AP before we call to get that for the fax to be sent to our resort. I'm just trying to eliminate some of the running around when we first get there!

Thanks for any info.

If you buy the AP online, and get the voucher, you can order the DDE. There is a number on the back of the exchange certificates that you use for DDE.

Good luck. JJ

I would love to hear the answer to this too. I called many times also with the exact same question and they never called back. I gave up.. Figured I would find out when I get my APs this Saturday

Just did this in July. You get a certificate and will have to activate at the parks or at dtd. Sorry.

Thanks for the info. I don't mind going elsewhere, but since I know now, I can plan accordingly!
