I went to the SOG website, but saw nothing on Annual Passes. Do they offer any?

I had to call and ask. They do have them. I bought mine there on my last trip.

Ah, you made my day. Thanks, Crazy! :)

Oh wait...I don't suppose you remember the price? And if they offer Annual Pass Plus options (incl. DQ, BB, TL, and PI)?

The price is the same as Disney's but without tax which adds up on that amount of $$! I'm sorry I don't have the exact figure at my fingertips. And yes they told me they have the PAP as well.

Thanks again. :teeth:

I purchased my Annual Passes last January at SOG and paid $362 for an adult pass. I believe that was a little cheaper than Disney's price even without taxes. I know that Disney increased the prices on Annual Passes since then but I believe the increase was only about $10. Hope this helps.:wave2: :wave2:

Thanks rapriebe and Kourtnie. Yes, your info does help.

Yet another question: Can I purchase an AP/PAP when I arrive at WDW, or do I have to purchase a certificate ahead of time?

I don't think SOG ships tickets/vouchers but I could be wrong. You just go to SOG (the store in the hotel closes at 2100 hrs I believe) with your military/government ID and your checkbook or credit card. They're happy to take your money, give you the AP or PAP voucher. Then you take it to guest services in one of the parks or DTD (maybe elsewhere, I don't know) and within a few minutes you have your AP or PAP. The only thing left to do is to do the finger thingy to set the parameters or whatever and you're good to go for a WHOLE YEAR of Disney World fun.

We just returned this month. We booked our rooms on the AP rate discount and when we arrived went straight to SOG to purchase our tickets. What we got were vouchers which had to be turned into tickets at any park. I was a little concerned that we would not be able to check into our hotel, but we checked into WL and he did not even ask about our APs. In fact, he asked if I needed tickets for our stay. Later that night, I went to MK and turned the vouchers into tickets.

Here is the listing of SOG prices:

Oh I'll be good to go, alright.

Thank you very much for all of your information. Oh the perks of being a government employee...
