Does SOG always have park passes on site?

We are trying to decide whether or not to buy tickets online from SOG and have them mailed to us, or just pick them up when we get there. We are going at the end of October and my parents are afraid that they might not have tickets if we wait until we get there. Plus, it is the security for them to have them in their hands. I think we could just wait - but wanted to check first. Any suggestions?

Shades of Green ALWAYS has park passes. It's a large resort and its run well. I wouldn't be concerned. I've gone to SOG after arriving at Disney many times to purchase passes and never been disappointed.

Yes they always have them on site. you can not buy passes on line from SOG you must be there in person and ready to show your ID.

Just to confirm what is stated above. They always have passes, and you do have to buy them in person with an ID. You can also buy them in advance from your MWR office, but I'd personally rather buy the Stars & Stripes pass directly from SoG if staying there.
