Does resale pricing dip after the holidays?

I know this must have been discussed before but I could not find it.

I design online as a side business and Christmas time is fantastic for me. I plan to have some extra spending money after the holidays so I wondered if that was a good time to buy.

Some ppl say it doesn't. I, personally, think it does.

Imo, ppl are busy with holidays and possibly worried about maint fees. If you offer in late nov or early December, you might be able to get a more amenable seller.

We bought last December. The process was completed in February. We feel we got a really good price given the market back then. I won't even comment on today's market.

I think contracts available increase, not sure how it impacts pricing. People wanting to dump the MFs.
