Does Pop Warner Overflow to CSR?

Just wondering ... do the pop warner football and cheerleading groups ever overflow to Coronado Springs? If so, has anyone ever been at CSR during this time - what was it like?

We're thinking of heading down to WDW from Dec 5-11. With few deluxe options available during this time, CSR seems like a great next choice ... we'll be with a 6-month old though and want a quiet resort experience! What do you think?

CBR is the moderate resort - it overflows to POR.

that say they could have a convention when you are there.

the thing that makes Pop Century popular with Pop Warner doesn't apply to CSR. It is not within walking distance to WWoS.

some Pop Warner participates despite the fact that Disney does not want them at Pop century. they will book Pop. don't know the rules.

Keep in mind that although they have a contract with Disney for POR and AllStars for special rates, the parents can book anywhere they would like.

We were at WDW last Dec. and overlapped w/ Pop Warner. There were a few familes (cheerleaders, if I remember correctly) but we only ran into them one morning at the food court.

There was also a kid's chess meet (tournament?) at CSR while we were there as well. Very pleasant group of people (although I saw some fairly agressive parents, just like any other competition). But it was so cute to see some 9 and 10 year olds pull out their travel chess set just to practice, or recount the move that helped them win.
