Does POP have hairdryers in the rooms?

:goodvibes Just back from Pop....and yes they do have hairdryers
in the room. Have a wonderful time. :flower:

They are the low-powered hotel room kind, not a "real" dryer. If you have a lot of hair and need more power (like I do) you might want to bring your own.

Leaving in 2 weeks just wondering whether to pack a hairdryer?

It's hit or miss, so if you need a hair dryer, definitely bring one with you from home (what you get from Housekeeping may or may not be to your liking).

I have stayed in a Pop Century room that did not have a hair dryer, and I have stayed in a Pop Century room that did have a hair dryer. Plenty of other folks here on the Dis have found the same situation (that is, some rooms had 'em, some rooms didn't). According to the official WDW website for the Pop Century resort, a hair dryer is not classified as a standard amenity just yet (but we have read here on the Dis that the resort is working towards that goal):

Now, for the room that I stayed in at the end of July, it did have a hair dryer. I'll share a photo of it here for you to see what it was like: click here for hair dryer photo.

Have a great vacation.
