Does Planet Hollywood, T-Rex and Big River Grille & Brewing Works require ADR's?

I am trying to plan out where my DH and I can eat during our last-minute trip to WDW and I was wondering if Planet Hollywood, T-Rex and Big River Grille & Brewing Works required reservations? We have decided not to struggle to make ADR's for this trip and just "go with the flow." (Well, as much as I, someone who loves to plan can handle, I still would like to have our meals planned out but not necessarily our times.) I was told that House of Blues does not need/take (not sure which) ADR's so I am looking into that one. We already know about WGPE and I am working that into our trip! :-)

We have eaten at BRG many times and never had an ADR, nor was one ever needed. But we do not go at real peak times. Usually a late lunch or early dinner.
Although I joined their passport club earlier this year and would get front of the line now anyway.
For TRex, I suggest joining the Safari Club. I have been a member for years, and my membership has never expired.
The Safari Club card is good at any TRex and RFC. One of the membership perks gives you front of the line. You may have to wait 5 - 10 minutes while others are waiting 1.5 hours.
Check out that information on the RFC web site. You have to join in a store though, and cannot on line. (Unless that has changed.)
Is there still a RFC in the downtown Chicago area? Or there may be one near you. Join there and be ready down here. They use to mail coupons about a month after joining. I also get coupons via e-mail.
PH could be real ugly at busy times. Just try to choose off times, and not on a weekend.

Thanks! I will definitely be looking into joining the Safari Club!
