Jackie, I'm so happy that you loved all your gifts!! You truly deserve them!!
Thank you!
Your family is always so festive and into the holidays! I can't wait to have kids of my own...I may just steal some of your traditions, including the pumpkin carving! You're so funny, standing on the chair to cut the top of the pumpkin
Thanks -- steal/borrow away! I love the holidays!
I started a Disneymoon PTR today! If you're interested, pop on over!

Headed over there this morning after I finish these replies.
Jackie- love the account of the day. It really reminds me of the drama we go through and for some reason I keep up the traditions...

I know! There is always drama, but then, I come to find out that the kids really look forward to things like that. This year, I had planned on just going to our local farmers' market to get pumpkins, but then, I overheard Chelsea talking to her friend. She was shocked they had gotten their pumpkins from
Walmart and said, "But half the fun is going to the pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin!" At that point, I realized we needed to make the trek out to the pumpkin farm even if the kids were older.
(We went to our annual pumpkin farm destination two weeks ago--it was 80 degrees and everyone was miserable! Needless to say, no pumpkins because we were worried about them lasting. Then, yesterday, the day we could have picked up pumpkins, it snowed - five inches!)
I am still shaking my head over snow in October.
I love the pose of Chelsea!! I can't wait to see the actual Christmas card!
I really like how they turned out. I feel very good about actually getting picture cards done this year -- I usually just think about it, run out of time, and then get regular ones from Target.
Great cookies! I want some of your energy and patience!
I need more of it.
The pumpkins turned out great!
I agree with Chelsea...I don't like the pumpkin goo either.
Our family has fun carving pumpkins too only I got mine at the local grocery store. No time to get to the pumpkin patch this year.
What an awesome idea for your Christmas cards!
I remember seeing cotton growing for the first time when I moved down south.
I was so excited...not something I had ever seen before. Very cool!
My son's kindergarten teacher gave me an angel tree ornament made of cotton that I still have to this day. I adore it!
The angel tree is such a cute idea! I love cotton fields -- they are just so pretty. They have finally started harvesting the ones on our morning drive. I wondered when it would be time to do that.
I'm a little late, but Jackie that smile on your face just warms my heart
Thank you MeMom - great job!
Your pics of the kids with the pumpkins and in the cotton were very sweet! Love the family jack O'Lantern pics! Everyone did a great job looking like their pumpkins!
Thank you, Tammie!

That picture of the family really captures their personalities. LOL!
Jackie, so glad you got your gift! MeMom did a great job picking out the gifts. I am glad you liked them.
Love the pumpkins and cookies!
What pretty fields of cotton.
Thank you, Erika! It was such a sweet gift from DIS town!
We had fun with the pumpkins and cookies.
Again, you amaze me with all of your creative family craft/food ideas!!
I always steal my ideas from other sources. LOL!
The witches are so cute, especially the witch-in-laws that you posted on facebook!
Michelle and I were having too much fun posing our cookies. LOL!
The pumpkin shot with them all looking like their pumpkin is priceless!!
I laugh every time I see Connor pretending to be a googly-eyed ghost. LOL!
Oh MeMom - what a story! I didn't know the whole backstory until now. I am so happy Jackie got her package without any drama on her end.
And I loved it!
Did you repost the picture? I saw the one on FB, but can't see anything at work. I did love the out takes for your Christmas card and I think the cotton field is a great idea!
Happy Halloween!
I did along with a closer pic of everything! Happy Halloween to you, too!
By all means!!! Mine came the day I was first driving on Highway 17 (first big road ever) and my mother and Aunt had me continue on over THAT bridge!!! What the heck were they thinking? ... ha-ha!

Oh my! I cannot imagine driving over those bridges on the first day of driving!
Although, I must say the thrill of "Will I make it across alive?" is gone now with the new Ravenel bridge.
Oh MeMom bless you!! I'm so glad the package made it to Jackie!!
Jackie, glad you liked them!!
The kids pictures are darling!!
Thank you, Katie! I was so touched by the generosity of DIS Town! I smile every time I see my gifts from Zawadi!
I really love the outtakes from the Christmas Cards, can't wait to see the ONE.
I can't wait to get it in the mail to you!
I love all the Halloween things you do every year, I hope to be on the ball as a mom like you are!
I will tell you that it did take me several years to get into the groove of doing all those things. The first couple of years was pretty much about survival -- of both the kids and me.

You can definitely ease into things. Although, I did start dressing them up for Halloween from the get-go. Chelsea was a clown on her first Halloween (along with her cousin -- my SIL and I matched them on purpose), and Connor was a dragon on his first Halloween. I should pull out those pictures. They always make me laugh.
