Does Passport Plus include Toon Town?

So we've called Disney Travel twice and received two different answers...if we buy a 3 day hopper passport plus does it include ToonTown early entrance? I know all 3 day hoppers come with Magic Morning but I'm so hoping we can get both somehow!

It has been rumored Early Entry to Toon town is being phased out in 2013.

Current vouchers expire 1-31-2013...

So I guess it might depend on when you plan to visit Disneyland.

Yes we were told that too...but we are going Nov 18 of this year, so it's our last chance!

For us, toon town morning madness is usually a coupon that is issued in a booklet along with a voucher for a lanyard and a pin, preferred show seating, maybe a coupon for a nearby shopping mall and DTD shops, and whatever other special perk they are including. I have received it with Disney Travel and Costco travel packages.

The tickets do not include Toontown Morning Madness. The Walt Disney Travel Co. package includes that perk. So, anyone who books a package, including Dreams Unlimited Travel, AAA, etc., will have that. The park hopper plus tickets do not offer entrance to Toontown.

My understanding is that if you would like to be there for Toontown Morning Madness you can get the travel booklet from the Walt Disney Travel Company at Downtown Disney for $10.
