Does one voice make a difference?

I'm beyond irritated with the state of things right now. I'm pretty sure gas doesn't need to be this expensive. I'm tired of losing a large chunk of my paycheck to taxes for things and programs I will never use, when other necessary programs are losing funding. It's so bad that Donald Trump's statements on the government makes sense to me.

The problem is that it seems like I can't do anything to make a difference. I'm think about sending emails to government officials, but will they listen to one person? I vote, but that seems pointless since the electoral college does whatever they want anyway. How can I make a difference? Anyone else feel my frustration?

Lots of people do but not on the Dis because they don't allow political threads. There are, however, boards that specialize in political activism depending on how you think the role of government should be. Use Google to find them.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm trying to save for my next Disney trip, but there isn't much left after bills and gas and food so I'm really frustrated.

One voice can make a difference, particularly when you share it with others and gain a larger voice.
