On my recent trip to WDW/OKW, I saw two people at that resort with dogs (medium to large in size). Does OKW as well as other DVC resorts have designated units for people housing dogs?
If not, people with allergies to dogs may have issues for I do not believe the units could be deep cleaned as to not affect those with allergies. I know after speaking with one of the dog owners, they were on their second week of a three week stay.

I didn't think that OKW allowed pets. If it was a service animal, maybe.

But there were only four pet friendly hotels at WDW:

DVC resorts don’t allow pets, only service dogs. Service dogs can stay at any of the Disney resorts, in any room, so anyone who’s allergic to dogs needs to have a note placed that they need a deep cleaning for medical reasons when they book their resort.

OKW doesn't allow pets, but they are obligated by law to allow service dogs, as are all WDW resorts. They likely do not have specific units set aside for the use of guests with service dogs. As noted, it's up to the person with allergies to request deep cleaning while booking.
