Does National Have 2 sides to pickup cars?

Hello,

I feel silly asking this question, but is there an A side and a B side to National. I've read responses that talk about both. If there are, is EA on both sides?

On A side, you go across the street from level 1 to the garage and go up one level (elevator or escalator). On B side, same except Alamo/National is on street level. Both have Emerald Aisles. I usually use B (USAirways), but used A once last year and the selection seemed about the same.
