Does My Perfect Villa Exist ??

I must have trawled through hundreds of replies in the past week in my quest for the 'perfect villa'. I've been through all the regular sites but just can't find the one that's 'right' for us.

Why is it so difficult to find a villa with two decent sized ensuites? One is usually the size of our house and the other the size of our box room

Obviously I've got other criteria to meet as well but this seems to be a major stumbling block

I need....
3/4 beds
2 reasonably sized ensuites
At least one of which has to be on the ground floor and have a walk in shower
South/west facing pool so we get the sun in the late afternoon/evening when we spend most of our time by the pool
Preferably with a lanai & spa/jacuzzi/hottub
Anywhere between Lindfields & Cumbrian Lakes (not on SR 27 or Champions gate area)
No cream leather sofas and not too many glass tables & fancy ornaments

If anyone has any personal recommendations it would be much appreciated as I'm getting quite disheartened !

Hi tracey
from what you have said, your looking for a house! We have stayed in villas everytime we have been. Usually the master bedroon has a big en suite and then the double bedroom/twin room still has a decent size bathroom.we have never really bothered whether the pool is facing the right way, infact it has never crossed my mind! I'm sure you will find your ideal place soon! . we are staying at The Hamlets-down seven dwarfs lane ,just by sams club in kissimmee.

The fact that you have a list of things you must have is good , it can take ages to find a nice home.

I agree Tracey - that 2nd bedroom in the Indian Creek villa was way too small and not suitable for 2 families to share.

Hi Tracey - we've recently been looking at two new developments which are south of Disney (about 15-20minutes from the parks) but in a quieter location. From memory, several of the homes on Sandy Ridge and Terrace Ridge here have two en-suites and a more executive style. Check out more on this site:

Tracey - this is the villa we stayed in last year. It has two very good size master en-suites and a lovely pool. There were only three of us last year, but in two years when we go with friends both adult couples will have the master en-suites, two girls (then they will be 13 and 15) in the Disney twin room and boy (15) in the large double.

They've just turned their HUGE garage into a games room.

We stayed in a four bed last year which had two master onsuites, no bubble bath though, they had a kiddie pool next to the main one instead. It was situated five minutes drive away from the I92 Wallmart.

this one is owned by a friend of my mums daughter. I havent been but I know people who have. forgive me if it is not in the right area because we always stay in a hotel as there are only two of us.
