Does Mickey have a designated character spot these days?

With ToonTown closed, where can we meet Mickey Mouse in the parks when we go in August? My family typically goes to WDW and there you can use Genie+ to see characters. Is that not a thing at DL? My young son loves characters (especially Mickey) so knowing where and how to see them would be super helpful! I know we could do a breakfast at Storytellers but I would rather use our mornings in the parks. Thanks!

Mickey will greet in his tuxedo somewhere near the flagpole in Disneyland and in his 1920s outfit on Buena Vista Street near the front of Carthay Circle in California Adventure. Characters will stop at random locations in these general areas which become their meet & greet spot for like half an hour. So the exact spot that Mickey picks in the morning may not be the same spot he picks in the afternoon but it'll still be somewhere on Main Street and Buena Vista Street. I've also seen some of Mickey's friends hanging out around the Matterhorn last week but that's less common.

In DL you do not use G+ to meet with characters. Some characters are roaming around and some have designated spots where you can stand in line to meet them for autographs/pictures/whatever is allowed right now. Even in the before times some characters did pictures, but not autographs.

DL: He greets near the Mad Hatter shop on Main Street.

DCA: At the fountain near Carthay Circle
