I doubt very much that the Maple Creme Brulee has chocolate in it. However, when you get to Le Cellier you can ask to talk to the Chef. That way you will get a definite answer.
Just back and I had the maple creme brulee at Le Cellier. There was no chocolate in it (that we could tell). Be sure to ask your server to be sure. The maple taste was very prominent.
NOt sure what you are confused about but the OP wanted to know if the Maple Creme Brulee has chocolate in it. I think, some people think it has chocolate because of the color but that color is actually the maple. I'm a plain old-fashion kinda girl and prefer vanilla flavored creme brulee over the flavored ones. I thought, the one at Le Cellier was pretty strong with maple flavor. However, if you like flavored creme brulees I'm sure this will be right up your alley...
