Does Kohls price adjust? UPDATE

Help!

I ordered something online with a 10% off coupon 2 days ago and now that coupon code is still active and they are having a 50% off sale online.

Am I out of luck or can I call and ask for a price adjustment?

Woohoo They did price adjust the item, so I saved $20 off of a coat I ordered. So happy!

In store, I know Kohl's price adjust. Online I don't know. But it can't hurt to call and ask. Worst they will say is no.

Kohl's lets you return online items in the store so you could order another one online and return the one you have in the store. You'd have to pay for shipping again though. You could call the store and see if it's on sale there and if they will price adjust it or allow you to return it and buy it again. Or, you could call the online 800 number and see if they will price adjust on the phone. Good luck!!

I've also never used Kohl's online but their in store policies are the best I have ever dealt with. Never a problem with any returns or adjustments! Not to mention that when they have coupons or discounts, virtually everything is included! BTW, it is my favorite store at the mall. (besides TDS of course)

I went to Kohls today & price adjusted the things I bought (on sale) last week. I got $25 back!
