Does it usually take a while for DU to email back?

My PIF date is this Thursday and I have to delete and add a different passenger. I know I should’ve done it sooner that’s my fault. I don’t want to be a pest but haven’t got any acknowledgment back yet.

Saturday to Kelsie Johnson but she stated she just got out of the hospital and if it’s an emergency to email Debra. So I also emailed Debra yesterday morning. I’m sure they’re busy I’m getting kinda nervous lol

I would send a polite chaser email just to ensure they’ve received it - I’ve had an instance where I just haven’t had a reply before.
