Exactly! They have absolutely no motivation to hurry up. My question is what happens when the 30 days are up (and there is no response)??

My understanding is that if they do not respond, then you passed ROFR and Disney forfeits their rite to buy the contract.

That's always been my understanding as well. They have 30 days and then it's yours, unless they actually respond otherwise.
