Just wondering. If they do does it run 24/7?

NO, the only hotels that run shuttles are the ones at the airport. Your options:
1) Rent car at airport (best option).
2) Mears (about $15/person /one way)
3) Tiffany (or competitor) towncar/cab (about $40-$45) one way

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY you might stay at one of the airport hotels your first and last nights. You'll save on your hotel and car rental. If you go to the Priceline Bidding Forum you'll get some suggestions. People seem to be getting rooms for $20-25 (plus AMEX bonus) If you have more than 4 people you better bid on 2 rooms.
